We absolutely love this holiday season because it brings so much joy, laughter and cheer all around us. Even though we don’t actually celebrate the religious aspects of Christmas, we love celebrating the cultural aspects. Every year, by tradition, we celebrate Christmas Eve at the Vaid house with all of our family and friends. It ends up being a party of about 50 adults and 15 toddlers. We host with lots of food, drinks, music, jokes and a white elephant gift exchange with everyone! (Imagine that, 50 people trying to play white elephant….yes, it is as chaotic as you are imagining)! The next day, on Christmas morning, all the kids are up early and downstairs tearing apart their gifts! We spend the day lounging at the house and indulging in each other’s company.
