Obsessed at first glance? Us too! The off-the-shoulder trend that stepped into the US a few years ago has stuck around longer than we thought. Now the Indian designers are also mixing it into their designs and we are loving it! These sexy cut-outs with all the embellishments an Indian lengha has to offer is a combination to die for.

We are sharing some of our favorite designers and their off-the-shoulder and cold shoulder looks. Although some are just out of reach for a casual event, the inspiration is limitless.

These cold shoulder pieces go from simple and chic to bold and beautiful to a statement gown like no other. The far left is by designer Anushree Reddy and the other two are by designer Manish Malhotra.

A few more cold shoulder looks from a cape style top with skirt, to a floral embroidered to a pattern mix up. These three pieces are all unique to themselves and serve for some gorgeous eye candy. The first two are by Manish Malhotra and the last one by designer Siddhartha Tytler.

How about the crop jacket vs the long jacket cold shoulder look? Gorgeous, right? Along with a cold should sari blouse, this trend is fitting into all the right places with our designers. They know how to create the perfect matches that wrap up into a stunning look. The first one is by designer Shruti Sancheti, second by designer SVA by Sonam and Paras Modi and third by Manish Malhotra.

Now these off the shoulder looks! The very first one by Manish Malhotra was a featured top by Aishwarya Rai Bachchan during her promotional photoshoots for Ae Dil Hai Mushkil. The second one is by him as well with a fancy wrap around look fabric off the shoulder. The third is a simple statement piece by designer Ridhi Mehra.

Below the three designers in order are Manish Malhotra, Shilpa Ahuja and Siddhartha Bansal.

So what are your thoughts on this awesome trend the Indian designers are incorporating into our Indian wear? We love that it is modernizing the ethnic wear. We get a lot of our inspiration from them and these are just a bunch of looks we will use to inspire us.
